Well, the medieval dress specifically hasn't got any farther, but the sewing front in general has enjoyed a huge advance, since I finally managed to wash up all my cotton calicos. Copious amounts of pre-washed fabric is especially good, since I just found out that Costume Con is going to be in my area in 2010! (YAY!!!) And believe me, being the shameless procrastinator I am, I'm going to need to start now if I want to have enough fabulous new dresses for it! Now if only I can contain my excitement at the possibility of going to an event as huge as Costume Con, and get to work! (SQUEEEE!!!)
