Only two entries for the month of July. This is pathetic. But July was a hectic month. Unfortunately August does not look like it will be any better. How am I ever going to have time to make a new costume for the Renaissance faire before September? I'll have to wear the same one I wore last year! Nooooo! (And yes, THIS is what I worry about in my life...but as far as I can see it's better than being your normal teenager, getting all angst-ridden over stupid trivial stuff.)

I banish all ties to angst-ridden teenagedom. From now on I concentrate on being as much like Mrs. Bradley as possible. Has anybody here ever seen the Mrs. Bradley Mysteries? I suppose I'm something of rarity among sixteen year olds, in that I have, and I adore them beyond all belief, even more than Poirot, which I also adore. Hey, I'm named after Agatha Christie (my middle name) I suppose that would have to have some impact.

But I honestly aspire to be like Mrs. Bradley someday. Traveling around the English countryside in a Rolls-Royce with your chaffeur, wearing fabulous clothes, making sassy comments about the oppression of foundation garments being the thing standing in the way of women's liberation, and giving copies of "Lady Chatterly's Lover" as presents to repressed old dowagers sounds like just about the best lifesyle under the sun. ;-D

Why can't life be more like a Mrs. Bradley Mystery? (You know, except without all the murders...)
