Mar. 28th, 2005 07:52 pmUgh. I've been so sick. I thought it was just a cold, but apparently I've got strep. Am now on antibiotics, and I've been forced to lounge on the couch watching Sherlock Holmes and Jane Austen and eating muffins. (I really find it impossible to recover from an illness doing anything else.)
I unfortunatley had to leave the couch to go to an appointment today and I'm about to keel over. I was going to write some sort of useful entry, but all meaningful thoughts have left my head. I think I'll just use a tragic icon from Moulin Rouge! and go back to languishing beautifully. I don't know why, but I've had more comments on how beautiful I look since I've been ill than I've had in a long time! And I'm even paler now than usual... I must be channeling Nicole Kidman in MR... too weird!
