Dec. 30th, 2006 07:26 pmStill sick. I don't feel as bad as I did yesterday, but it's been extremely up and down. I'm on the waiting list at a clinic, so hopefully they'll have an opening soon, and I can find out what I've got.
Despite feeling so crap, I really, really want to do some more sewing. The 1869 doll dress is fine as it is, so I'm not going to play with it anymore, since it was just a muslin tester anyway. I'm going to stop doing testers for doll clothes now, they always seem to come out pretty well the first time! I've got about a billion ideas for new projects, but I probably ought to finish existing projects. I've still got the 1914 jacket and skirt to make once I find the iron, and I've already picked out the fabric and trim for the gold 20's evening dress, so I should make that up at last. And I have got to start on a new Renaissance dress for myself! I have silk now! I can't let it go to waste! But it's just so much more of an undertaking to do 'people clothes'! You need much more space, and much more time! But now would be the time to do it, if I want something new for the spring faire season. (And I do!)
