(no subject)

It's raining and thundering outside. And there is a bat in my house. Again. Wouldn't all this be more appropriate on Halloween?

I really, really need to make a dress for the Medieval faire next month. Last year my excuse was too short of notice, but this time I've had a whole year. I've finally decided on fabrics for it, but the other day I found a spider in said fabric. I have a feeling that will end up being this year's excuse!

Started a new doll dress. It's just a little calico prarie dress, but it makes me feel like I'm accomplishing something. Besides watching lots of Miss Marple and Campion. (But I'm being attacked by bats in my own home! If that's not an excuse to stay wrapped in a blanket on the couch watching mysteries all day, I don't know what is!)
