Yeah, making Victorian greeting cards is a lot of fun. I just started one year because I forgot to get my mom a Christmas present and needed something I could give her that wouldn't look like 'yeah, I forgot, so I just grabbed any old thing to save face'! Being such a history geek I love Victorian valentines and greeting cards, and had a lot of books and things around that I could take inspiration from, and I just started drawing, and it came out really well, so I kept doing it. Now I'm also looking through a lot of my Art Nouveau books for inspiration, because I think the Art Nouveau style is the most beautiful phase decorative art has ever gone through.
