A pretty good day. The B. Dalton bookstore here has 40% off all their merchandise because they're closing down, so because of this I finally went out and got myself a copy of "Emily of New Moon", which, as everyone knows, is the first in my favorite series of books ever. *dance of joy* It was the only copy left on the shelf, and I snagged it just in time. I wish they'd had the other two, since "Emily Climbs" is probably my favorite, but still, $3.15 for one of the best books ever written is darn good.

And [livejournal.com profile] morikos has done some work on "Gemini Curse"! Yay! I am definitely still interested in reading it! :-D

And I finally got to watch a whole episode of "Hetty Wainthropp Investigates" the other day. *joy* I always seem to be doing something else whenever a good episode of "Mystery!" is on. And even though I don't love Hetty Wainthropp as much as Mrs. Bradley, I still like to watch it when it's on. Hey, it IS Patricia Routledge! Devoted britcom fans understand!

On a totally random note, the sunset is lovely right now, and I think that "Something" is probably my favorite Beatles song. :)

Emily Clibs is my favorite of the series too! I was browsing journals by interest(lm montgomery and found yours). Have you read any of the Anne books or any other books by L.M.?

Don't feel silly for not having read all the books. Theres so many of her books I haven't read as well. I never really watched the series as a kid but sometimes I catch the reruns on TV.
