I feel like a good Robin Goodfellow-esque quote. :)
Am in good spirits. Just made out like a bandit on a yard of absolutely gorgeous gold colored silk brocade fabric that will be PERFECT for making a Madame de Pompadour dress for my dolls. It's regularly about $30 a yard, and I got it for $5 a yard! Squee!
Just finished reading "On the Bright Side, I'm Now the Girlfriend of a Sex God" by Louise Rennison. Laughed my head off the entire time. Must now go find and read the next one. (There are two more sequels! Hurray!)
Also been reading lots of books about fairies, just as a sort of refresher in fairy lore as a preparation for a story I'm going to write soon. Even though I really should be re-reading all my books about the Impressionists instead, since I'm going to most likely write the Impressionist/Paris/Bohemian one next. I've only been planning to for like, four years. ;-D
But actually, I probably ought to finish the story I'm working on now before anything else. I started it last November, and I promised myself I'd only take a year to write this one. And the deadline approaches. *sweatdrop*
I'm so excited about all my little artistic pursuits. I suppose I'd better go and pursue them now! ;-D
