Doctor Who and secret codes

Mum was watching a re-run of the last episode of the second season of Doctor Who today. I knew I wouldn't be able to take watching it again, so I went and puttered about in my room till it was over, but I came in five minutes too early and caught the very end. Mistake. Enter me running into the kitchen so that no one sees me sobbing over a sci-fi show. ( A pinch of lament for Rose, and a dash of rumination on show in general )

In non-lamenting news, I've started reading The Nine Tailors. The copy I have is from the library, and someone, at some point, has underlined various random words throughout the whole book. Now, my whimsical side just DESPERATELY wants to believe it's a secret code. You can pretty safely bet that my next few days will be spent writing them down and re-arranging them to see what I can come up with!
