History Channel related geekiness
Jun. 17th, 2004 07:44 pmStill freaking out about housecleaning, as very soon I will have to tackle the garage and the storage unit (aka the Pit of Despair). But at least things are looking up in the writing department. I actually sat down and wrote another chapter on 'the French story' the other day, and now I've only got the climactic scene and then the ending wrap-up and then I'll be done! Woo-hoo! I'm SO close to freedom, I can almost taste it! I MUST force myself to write tonight!
In slightly less relevant news, I adore "Terry Jones' Medieval Lives" on the History channel. Now, if the History channel could just have more shows like that, and less crap about warfare, I would be so pleased. (Like I am about the History International preview this week. I would pay for all the other channels just to get that if I actually had money; I'm pleased as punch that I actually got to see an episode of Horatio Hornblower this week because of it!)
