ARG! I can't believe that last entry got posted twice! Nasty computers. You can't trust 'em. But I deleted it. Along with Rebekah's comment, unfortunately, but of course, I'm still very appreciative of it. :-D And Sherrie's comment too. It always makes me feel better to hear from you guys. :)

Ah, well, not much to write about today. Christmas is in two days. I'm actually very excited about it. Especially since there will be figure skating on TV to watch. There's no better Christmas present than that! Except those Harry Potter dolls. I'm SO excited about those Harry Potter dolls! *squeel*

Okay, now that my geeky fangirl moment has passed, I'm going to say "Merry Christmas!" to everybody because I won't get back online until afterward. And I don't know if my Christmas cards will reach people until after Christmas, so I'm sorry if they don't. I don't know why I leave everything to the last minute. Grr.

Okay, the geeky fangirl is returning, and I'm lamenting that I never get time to read any HP fanfic. Maybe I'll do that now. Hehehe. ;-D

Oh, goodness, I don't even get to read enough HP fanfic to HAVE favorite authors! I'm open to any suggestions! What do you recommend...? ;-D

Depends on what couples you ship. ^_^ Also, what are your favorite characters?

To be perfectly honest, the HP fanfic scene is...droll. It used to be fun, but there's SO many, and most of them have no logic behind them at all. You pretty much have to figure out a ship at this point, or else you'll just get lost in it all. Do you like R/Hr? H/Hr? Those are the two most prolific het couples you'll see. I don't know if you're into slash or not (I'm not), but if you are you'll find LOTS -- I mean LOTS -- of D/H.

I stick with MWPP stories a lot, which is how I met my PGU (Prongs Groupies Unite) girlies. If you'd like to see my attempts at playing James Potter and Godric Gryffindor, I can show you to the links. ^_^ PGU 'sponsors' RPGs, you might say, and we four main writers seem to always fit into our roles perfectly in RL as well. Heh. I'm normally playing the 'leader' of a sorts with an indisputable bossy/planning streak, Ashfae is the intellectual with savage wit, Meg the boisterous socialite, and Weaves the slightly mysterious and incredibly cool one.

I got so caught up with my family problems that I didn't get to comment on your last entry. I'm SO sorry. I know what it's like to have basically NO RL friends except a few because of the homeschooling thing...and she's moving to OREGAN! That's SO far away! I'm really sorry. *hugs!* It DOES get better though...promise. :) And we're here for you -- hey, don't run away!
