Eeeps! I haven't updated since before Christmas. Well, we didn't even get a tree up(!) but the butter cookies did get made (I could live on them forever yum!), and all in all I would say it went alright. New Year's Eve was lovely because I stayed in to watch a Fred Astaire/Ginger Rogers movie marathon all night (Yay!), but the Fred & Ginger joy didn't last long because the next morning I woke up with a spot in front of my eye, which lasted several days, only to go away on the very day I had an appointment to have it looked at. (Typical irony!) But now it's gone, I can thankfully read and sew again. I really didn't know what to do with myself without reading and sewing those few days!
